CRM Masters had been selected to design and run an engagement program for a national property consultant company. The organisation had implemented Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 as they needed to unify their operations, share key client information across their national network of agents and drive real efficiency. The isolated nature of their practices meant that ensuring users were adopting the new system was a challenge and any training or engagement programs could not be held in a central location.
With this in mind, the experts at CRM Masters created a custom built end-user training and engagement program. The problem was finding an experienced trainer who had both the technical and public speaking skills to deliver it. Thats where Joel came in.
Joel Abbott was enlisted to deliver the program at locations across the UK. Speaking to well over 100 users, the course was delivered to exceptional levels of positive feedback from both the end-users
and the senior management running the program.
